The rent is £395 per month and includes all bills, council tax etc, and weekly cleaner visit.
The house has broadband and Sky with Sky Sports. I am offering a house share rather than a room and so you are welcome to use the lounge, kitchen, dining room, garden etc.
Preference is to share with a professional person that ideally needs a room Mon-Fri but consideration will be given to all.
Commuting times by car:
Aberdeen: 25-30 mins
Portlethen: 20 mins
Brechin: 15 mins
Montrose: 15 mins
