Quiet Room in Town Center

I have a room in my house which I would like to let out on a semi-permanent basis. There are good travel links to Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh.

You would be living with my partner, my mother, a second lodger, and myself, in a large traditional building which was formerly run as a guest house, and we are going to try to start up as one again.

There is a large garden, and easy access to shops (Co-op and Sainsburys) as well as takeaways.
