I have two rooms in a town center property for rent, a large twin which can have a single or double bed, desk, wardrobe etc, and a smaller double which has a wardrobe but no room for a desk.

The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower, and there is also a small toilet right beside the room. You would have (almost completely) sole use of the upstairs bathrooms with the exception being if there were house guests.

Ideal for anyone working locally in the Kinross area, but connections are good to Perth, Dunfermline and Edinburgh by bus or car.

10 mins walk from a supermarket, 3 takeaways within a minutes walk. A farmers market is held monthly literally outside the front door.

The kitchen in small but fully equipped, and there is a washer/dryer available as well.
