Professional female looking for a house sharer. I work in Perth, enjoy socializing with friends and dining out. The property has great access to local shops, pubs and the loch leven park (lovely walks around the loch) There is also a park and ride and local bus services available.

Rent to include sky tv (lounge area), broadband, phone line, council tax & gas/electric.

Secure fenced in rear garden laid mainly to lawn, plenty of parking to the front of the property. (on street)

The room has a double bed, side unit, glass tv unit and chest of drawers. It has been freshly decorated and has a new carpet and blackout blind. There is a yale lock entrance for security. Pictures dont do the room justice.

Bathroom with electric shower.

Im looking for an easy going tidy person to share the house with. 6 months minimum let term preferred. £300 deposit required. References required.
