Double Room available in quiet house

Furnished double room becoming available in quiet house from 12th Dec, but would prefer access to start early January owing to Holiday season etc . Room has wifi, tv & sky plus box, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard with hanging rail. Looking for quiet clean respectful flatmate, who must be cat friendly as there are three cats in house (they dont get in to the rented room though). Large garden, with decked area, parking space available. Bills included. Photos make the bedroom look smaller than it is because of it's shape. Looking for somebody who is quiet, and respectful of the property and its contents. Shared cleaning duties of communal areas
