Hi - double bedroom in beautiful cottage available to rent.

Ideally would suit shorter term let but happy to discuss and consider different arrangements.

I consider myself to be really easy going and friendly - but I will ask you to take your shoes off! A little bit consideration goes a long way.

I'm a busy professional who spends most spare time with my horse and husband. Im typically away for 3 or 4 nights a week, so I'm certainly not around all the time.

The house is siuated a stones throw away from the Village Inn pub in central Milnathort.

It was refurbished to a high standard a few years ago. A new bedroom carpet was fitted in November 2025.

The livingroom has a log burner and looks out to a private back yard. There is a dining area and a kitchen with all modern cons including tumble drier and dish washer.
