Sky, WiFi, bills etc. On/off street parking available and a small garden. Newly fitted kitchen. Must be OK with a cat. (No cat litter smell as he is an outside cat)

Looking for an independent and responsible person to share my home with. Must also help with some cleaning in shared areas.
