Double Room in Relaxed, Friendly House

Double room available due to previous lodger moving on to different office.

I am a live in landlord who owns the property and works nearby. Friendly, informal and relaxed atmosphere with shared living room and kitchen.

The room is furnished and newly refurbished, decorated and carpeted.

The price of £65/week includes all bills including heating, electricity, council tax, phone, broadband, water, etc, etc.

The house is located 20 miles north of Castle Douglas, 25 miles south of Ayr on the A713. The nearest town is St Johns Town of Dalry. Carsphairn, New Galloway and Balmaclellan are also very close.

There is lots of storage space available both inside the room and around the house. I also have a large garage suitable for bikes, motorbikes, sports equipment, etc.
