I've got a room to rent in my house in Dalbeattie.
I have to be in Bristol/Devon for work so I would only be looking to use the property every couple of months and therefore, you would have the property to yourself for the majority of the time.
Happy to explain/discuss this further.
Pets considered. For couples rent would be £650.
Bills not included. All in the bills come to ~£400 but looking to review the energy contract so will have to confirm, but obviously these would be split 50/50 regardless of my time spent at the property.
Unfortunately the photos I have are a little outdated as they were taken during my house renovations, but they should give enough of an idea of what the house is like.
