The room is fully furnished and has a king size bed and an adjoining separate shower room. It's on the ground floor.
The property enjoys views of the Urr Estuary and is in the centre of the village. Kippford is approx 15 miles from Dumfries and 10 miles from Castle Douglas. The village is popular with tourists and second home owners and has it's own golf course, yacht club and two public houses (offering lunches and evening meals).
The kitchen/dining area is shared and we like to keep a neat and tidy house.
The room would suit a professional who is working in the area on a temporary basis ideally Mon - Friday however it is available all week.
Utilities not included.
You will be responsible for your own council tax.
