Double room with high ceilings

Hello,

I have available a substantial room, currently equipped with a bed and a desk, and ample storage. I am looking to let it out to someone who is responsible, clean and outgoing. There is a big living room equipped with a large TV, as you can see from the photos.

In terms of location, Airdrie rail station is only an 8min walk away. From here you can commute to either Glasgow or Edinburgh. High street and Strathclyde university is just 20min away.

Pets are accepted, although any dogs would have to be well trained.

I will pay for broadband. The tenant will pay 50% of the gas & electric and 25% council tax, if applicable.
