The room is freshly decorated, new carpet etc. The house is set in a quiet estate on the outskirts of Airdrie near the M8 so easy access for both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The local buses run every 5 / 10 mins within Airdrie and easy access to Train Station . I'm pretty laidback and easy to get on with, I work Mon-Fri the odd weekend in Cumbernauld and like to spend my weekends socialising with my friends. I am looking for someone which is of similar personality. Included in rent is all utility bills. Except council tax. Has to be clean and tidy like myself. references will be checked (Gay Friendly).
