House share 3 Bedroom Semi detached

I have a well presented 3 Bedroom Semi detached and looking for a house mate. I work away most of the time so the property would be mostly used by the prospective house mate. I'm looking for someone responsible and trustworthy to share with. The room is a small double with access to the bathroom living room and kitchen.
