Modern double ensuite bedroom

I normally only take lodgers who are working away from home or people who already have a home.
The house is a semi detached bungalow which has been extended and has a newly decorated, double ensuite bedroom for let. The double bedroom room has its own reclining chair and stool, smart TV, Sky sports package, ensuite shower room and storage space.

The dining kitchen on the ground floor, which is shared, contains all white goods except the tumble dryer, it is in the garage next to the house. The garage also has an exercise bike and some free weights in it.
The bus stop for Paisley is 200 yards from the house, and there is a frequent bus service to and from Paisley. The train station is a 10min walk with 2 (sometimes 3) trains an hour to Glasgow Central. The express train takes 12mins from Barrhead to Glasgow Central.
The M77 is a 10min drive from the house (quicker outside of rush hour). Outside of the rush hour the city centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
There is parking at the front of the house and private parking at the rear of the house. There is a patio and deck at the back of the house and a seating area at the front of the house.
The rent covers all bills.

Short term lets are considered for an increased rent.
