Creative, professional host with a quiet home

This is a short-term let, sharing with one child, so it would suit someone quiet, relaxed, and comfortable living in a home with a child (8). A second older child (19) is here occasionally. The household is all-female and I’m looking for a female lodger.

The arrangement tends to work best for someone with a busy routine who enjoys having a calm, comfortable place to come back to.

The house is lived-in and functional rather than polished. There is one shared bathroom, and while the kitchen floor and bathroom could do with an update, everything works well. The home is always clean and welcoming.

The bedroom is a real plus: a large, warm, quiet room facing the back garden, with a king-size bed and a very good-quality mattress.

The area is a quiet suburb, with elderly neighbours. It’s around a five-minute walk to the nearest bus stop with regular services into the city centre, and there’s a shop close by. Overall, it’s a handy, easy place to live.
