2 flatmates wanted for immaculate flat in Bellshill, a 3 minute walk to Bellshill train station and the town centre. All freshly decorated with new carpets.

Quiet, considerate household with rules about quiet times and housekeeping. Would suit professionals who want a clean, calm place to relax after work. Not suitable for rowdy, "party" people.

Our household is welcoming of people from all backgrounds - nationalities, faiths and cultures - so you must be open to that.

Pictures of the flat and rooms will be posted when the flat is finished being renovated. The larger room is a full attic space on its own floor and is a very large double room. The other room is also a large double. Each room has a double bed plus sofa.

The communal space is a large, fully equipped dining kitchen which has ample dining space.

The bathroom is shared. There is an additional toilet downstairs.

New carpets beds, new linen, quilt, pillows and towels provided. TV in each room.

All bills included, except TV license.

References and a deposit are required.

Single flatmates only, no couples. Must be full-time employed, working outside the home. No homeworkers. Must be clean, calm, tidy and respectful of others.

Registered landlord, complying with statutory fire, gas and electrical checks etc.

International flatmates from eg Asia, Africa, the Middle East etc are most welcome. Preference given to international workers under the Certificate of Sponsorship license visa scheme.
