2 flatmates wanted for immaculate flat in Bellshill, a 3 minute walk to Bellshill train station and the town centre. All freshly decorated with new carpets.

Quiet, considerate household with rules about quiet times and housekeeping. Would suit professionals who want a clean, calm place to relax after work. Not suitable for rowdy, "party" people.

Our household is welcoming of people from all backgrounds - nationalities, faiths and cultures - so you must be open to that.

We do not cook or store pork products in our kitchen and encourage more vegetarian cooking in general. Each member of the house is expected to clean up after themselves.

Pictures of the flat and rooms will be posted when the flat is renovated. The larger room is a full attic space on its own floor and is a very large double room. The other room is also a large double.

The communal space is a large, fully equipped dining kitchen, which seats 6. The bathroom is shared. Bills included. New bed linen, quilt, pillows and towels provided.

References and a deposit are required.
