Double room quiet area

Double room available on ground floor of house. The room is not en-suite as such but as I have an en-suite bedroom upstairs you would have almost exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom pictured just across from the bedroom. I like the occasional bath but otherwise it’s all yours. Shared use of open plan living/dining/kitchen area. I quite like to cook and the kitchen is well equipped and has a double oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Council tax and bills included. The house is on a quiet street 10 minutes walk to Bishopbriggs town centre and train station from where there is a half hourly service for the seven minute journey into Glasgow (hourly on Sundays). Also very close to a bus stop with a regular service in to Glasgow. I have a cat- very gentle and quiet-so you would need to like or at least tolerate cats. I am usually out and about quite a lot at weekends and fairly often away overnight on Saturdays. At the moment I am out doing gym classes a few nights a week but don’t tend to go out that much socially midweek. I am looking for someone reasonably clean and tidy and respectful of other people’s property but other than that I am fairly easy going. I like all the usual things- going out for food and drinks, cinema, gigs, comedy - and I like hillwalking and cycling. I am quite sociable and would like to be on friendly terms with anyone who was sharing the house but like my quiet time too and I spend a lot of time at home relaxing by reading and listening to music.
