Ideal for a student.

The accommodation is a mostly self-contained extension to a family home. (Own entrance, kitchen, living/sleeping room, 99% exclusive use of shower room)

The sitting room is very high and a raised sleeping area will be professionally installed before the move in date (hopefully explaining the current lack of photos of anywhere to sleep) Cupboards and storage will also be added.

There is a shared hallway and utility area.

Bishopbriggs has many amenities and is a very convenient location.

It is a quiet area which is handy for both the city centre (including Strathclyde and Caledonian Unis) and the countryside. It is a 12 minute walk from the house to the Glasgow bound platform at the train station (if you don't rush!) Followed by a 6 minute train journey into Glasgow city centre. It takes about 20 minutes on the bus.

It is possible to cycle into Glasgow along the canal (reaching the Maryhill area, leading on to the West End). G64 is not the best location for access to the University of Glasgow - unless you have a car. It is great for the other Universities.

Access to Edinburgh (50 minutes) or Stirling and beyond is easy from the train station.

I live with my teenage daughter in the main part of the property. We are both friendly (well, she is shy) and also enjoy our own space.

My daughter has expressed a preference for a female and would not feel comfortable with a male taking the space.

We have a cat called Daisy and a large garden. A willingness to feed Daisy if required would be appreciated.
