Bright and Fresh Double Room | Bishopbriggs | F

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Bishopbriggs.

We are friendly young women who enjoy a chat and socialising, as well as our own space.

We are both Catholic Christians who love our faith and spend a lot of time out the house working and volutneering in different capacities. With that in mind, we are super friendly people who are friends with those of other faiths and no faith.

We also love cards and board games and Grey's Anatomy and spend some time together here and there in the evenings pursuing these interests! :)

All this to say, we are friendly but not overbearing and you'd be free to join us for a beer and cards or chill out yourself with a book in the conservatory (or in the garden as the good weather starts to come in).

One of us works in retail and so is out most of the day, 5 days a week. The other works in youth ministry and so is generally out of the house most days and often in the evenings and some weekends.

Our home has one bathroom but we've never found this an issue. In addition to a newly refurbished living room and kitchen/dining area, there is also a conservatory which means that we don't live 'on top' of each other, whilst still hanging out when we want to.

You will see a pretty packed bookshelf in the photos... don't worry, we can clear away a shelf or two for yours if you're an avid reader!

Our home has great transport links with Bishopbriggs train station only a 10 minute walk away (6 min train to the City Centre) and a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away with frequent services to the City Centre and beyond.

The cost of the room covers rent and all bills. The broadband is great and accesbile throughout the house.

We are tidy people who clean up after ourselves and have a light rota of chores (each week someone is on either the hoovering, the bathroom or the kitchen) to keep the place homely and livable.

We're open to short term lets (for £800 pcm). We’re also really happy with longer term lets!
