Double furnished bedroom, Bishopbriggs, min 6 months but preferably longer ,Sharing in a semi-detached house in Bishopbriggs with lovely garden ! It's a two bedroom house and you will be sharing with myself . Price included all bills. There is a video of house, make sure to have a look. I am happy for you to come see house whenever.

I am easy going and looking for either male or female 20-50 years old. I have a tidy home and enjoy walking my dog. Smoker is ok but smoking outside only, vaping allowed inside. Washing machine, dishwasher- potentially a tumble dyer by the end of the year. Attic storage, and downstairs toilet, huge sofa and dining table , garden with patio furniture for chillin, car park space.
Room has large spacious glass double sliding wardrobes with hanging shelves , chest of drawers, storage unit, TV Ariel , broadband( I may have spare tv if needed) Stunning views to the Campsie Glen mountains and lovely oak floors.

I am a chilled person, easy going and make the best housemate, I have had a few housemates before in my home and still great friends with them. My previous housemate a teacher lived me almost 2 years- he is now moving in with his girlfriend. Before that I had a big footy fan he was with me for three years and I am not even into to football! Great guy. Before that I had a lovely engineer staying short term. Happy with male or female I am 38 years old working in banking and on the side I am a make up artist and make wreaths out in my shed , so keep myself busy! . I love a glass of wine, walking my dog and meeting new people. Bishopbriggs is a great town with restaurants, bars ,cafes etc and 15 minutes drive to city centre, bus stop round the corner. Two bus stops right beside house that takes you to city 57 and 57a . Also bus 87 takes you to Buchanan bus station. If you fancy there is train station that is one stop away from city that’s takes 6 mins. It’s 20 min walk or I like to drive 2 mins park my car and get train as there are some great restaurants and bars in Bishopbriggs cross.

15 minute walk to strathkelvin retail park with M&S food, Nike store ,b&q, Next and way more. Asda near by and a choice of three gyms and sport centre facilities . 15 min drive to city centre. Although I do in ten minutes at night !
Gorgeous Canal Walk and cycle paths 10 mins away and 20 min walk to main Bishopbriggs .
I have a lovely springer spaniel girl who loves a cuddle so you must like dogs. I would be okay if you have a dog as long as they get on with my girl who literally gets on with everyone and every dog- very friendly .
Your room will be re painted all fresh for your move in.
Price is higher due to cost of living and rising bills and mental mortgage rise but I promise you it’s a great home and you will love it here.
