The property is located in a quiet estate with access to buses a 5 minute walk away and trains a 15 minute walk away
There is a shop and take away a 5 minute walk away and a supermarket a 15 minute walk away with additional shops and some services a little further in the town centre.

The shared spaces would be the living room and kitchen/dining-room. Whilst the main bathroom would be used from time to time, this would be mainly used by the tenant as the main bedroom has an en-suite.

My teenaged son stays every other weekend but in general there would be only two people in the house including the tenant.
