Double.6th floor (top) apartment. Weekend landlord

I work away through the week and back at weekends so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time. This is medium sized double room for rent in Cambuslang Silverbanks. The room has a sliding mirrored walk in wardroble. In spacious top floor flat on the 6th floor with a great views across Glasgow, also balcony and utility room, it has great transport links close by, bus stop right outside and train station 8 min walk and then around 10 mins into the city. I have an ensuite in my room and there is another bathroom in the flat so dont have to share. Also a nice garden area surrounding. The room has been rented out for a year and a half but the current lodger is going travelling and has just left, leaving behind a bed frame, matress and desk. Not a party flat, have had mates round a handful of times in the years ive been in. Do have some vinyl decks in the living room but hardly ever on and if they are then not too loud.
