As per government guidelines, rent and occupancy will run on a monthly rolling basis, however my preference will be for someone that anticipates staying long term.

I will be setting up viewings first week of November. Once I have done a credit check/seen references, the flat will be available for immediate entry. So an entry date of 2nd week of November is viable.

I'm the landlord of the property. I live in Canada and its very important to me to have respectful tenants, so I don't need to stress. I will be a very reasonable landlord, and will consider pets, more than happy for you to make the flat your own if you want to paint, hang things on walls etc! If any issues arise, I will be diligent in fixing/ helping out.
