Room for Rent in Quiet, Friendly Home – Ideal for Mature Student or Professional

A spacious and comfortable room is available in my quiet, well-kept home. The room is quite large and comes with a lock and key for your privacy. As per the picture, at the moment it only has a bed and built-in wardrobe and shelves, a desk and chair can also be provided if required, as well as tv on the wall.

The house is located on the second floor (please note: no lift). It offers a calm and respectful atmosphere – perfect for a mature student or working professional.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and more. You’ll have access to private parking and a shared garden, great for a bit of fresh air or relaxing outdoors.

I’m a friendly and easygoing person – I enjoy spending time together now and then, but I also value personal space and quiet time. I work full-time and also studying full-time so am usually either at work all day or at my desk all day. I am also quite active and go to the gym and swimming pool a lot during the week.
This is not a party house, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment.

Kirkhill train station at less than 5 minutes walk and bus stop at 5 minutes as well to get into town. Also Cambuslang train station at 20 minutes walk (takes only 10-12 minutes to get to Glasgow Central).
