Double room in top floor spacious flat, great view

Hi i have a medium double room at 11m2 size for rent. My current lodger is leaving around 21st October. There is a kingsize bed that will be left in the room, no other furniture. It has mirrored walk in wardrobe buiit in aswell. Its a spacious flat on the top floor in Cambuslang, great views, balcony. You can have your own bathroom aswell as there is 2 in the flat, also a utility room. Not a party flat, i have decks set up but rarely use them tbh. No other noise from neighbours. Transport links are great with a bus stop right outside and the train station about 8 minutes walk. There is also a nice grassy area and surroundings. I will be starting a new job in October and will be out of the house throughout the day. Any more questions feel free to ask
