Sublet in a lovely Victorian house

We (Amielle she/they and Silvie they/them) are looking for someone to sublet one of the rooms in our beautiful Cambuslang house. We are avid decorators, gardeners, ceramicists and musicians. There are also two small sheepdogs living in the house.

The sublet is for a month, from 8th September to 8th October. The room is lovely and bright, with a view over the garden and the hills in the distance. It comes furnished, with wooden flooring. Sadly there is accessibility issue, as the room's location on the second floor is accessible only via staircase.

The house is a lovely old Victorian property, with a huge private garden. Big kitchen facing the garden, next to it the living room. Lovely upstairs bathroom with bath tub.

We are looking for someone who is naturally tidy and clean, friendly and respectful. Sometimes we host friends for dinners and garden gatherings, but on most weekends you'll find us in town. On weekdays we're mostly reading, researching, playing video games and music or watching TV.

Rent is 385PPM excluding bills, comes to £520 including bills.
Trains from Cambuslang run every 10-20mins, directly to East End (10 min), Central (10-15 min) and West End (15-20 min). From Burnside/Kirkhill it takes you straight to Southside in 15 min. Big shops (Morrisons, LIDL, ALDI) in 15 min walking distance.
