Double room within cosy 3 bed semi. Shared living room, modern breakfasting kitchen, bathroom and also downstairs loo. Secluded garden with patio and outdoor seating. Current occupants are just me (landlord) 50 professional, work long hours /shifts (and due to a recent career change I’m also studying at home at night and days off at the moment) I like to relax when I get home. It's not a party house, but it's homely and welcoming. I’m Pretty easy going and sociable but I also respect people’s boundaries, privacy and space. I like to cook and enjoy live music, reading, watching movies or boxed sets and also like to be active and enjoy hillwalking, gym, yoga, when i'm feeling motivated. The house is situated a short walk from Newton train station and the train to the city takes about 15-20mins. Easy access to M8 and M74 motorways too.
The bedroom has a double bed and furnished with bedside cabinets (2 drawer) Also double built in mirrored wardrobe with shelf and ample hanging space. Bedding and towels can provided if required. You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen.
All bills , council tax, utilities fibre broadband included. You provide your own food/toiletries and contribute to shared consumables ie toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid. Driveway available for off street parking. I also have an elderly Bengal cat who I adopted last year… he’s pretty chilled and loves to snuggle whether you like it or not ☺️ he can be very vocal also.
