One bedroom with en-suite available

I’m looking for a professional female (preferably) for my 2 bedroom semi detached cottage in chapelhall. Available room was a large dining room but now has a door with en-suite shower room. You will have the full open plan downstairs practically to yourself as I rarely stay there. I tend to sleep upstairs in floored loft. Willing to share use of my upstairs bathroom. Off road parking to the rear of property and enclosed gardens. It’s a lovely quiet area at night but during the day it can be busy as the M8 is 30secs drive away. Plenty of amenities on your doorstep with a shop across the road. Doctors, dentist, chemist, chippy, takeaways, Morrisons, CO-op, bakers, butchers, library, salons, post office, all around the corner.
Neighbours are elderly so no noise or hassle.
I’m a professional working constant nightshifts so sleep during the day. Live mostly with my partner close by. I already have a tenant, but moving out very soon. Either this month or next so availability can be flexible as I can accommodate! Looking for someone clean and tidy who knows how to clean up after themselves. Council tax band A.
