I am looking for a flatmate for October 2024 to take over my lease.

Rent £750 total so £325 each.
Total bills for your half would be £515 (wifi may change when I leave)
Council tax - C

This would be us creating a joint tenancy on this flat, therefore the landlord would have to reference you and you pay the deposit to them before entering the flat.

Quiet area but still easy enough to get a 20 minute bus into the centre

There is a gym a 5 minute walk, sunbed, beauty salons, restaurants and a pub. There is buses to and from city centre regularly 😊

Around is elderly neighbours, they are all lovely, never had an issue in the year I’ve been here!

Kitchen is furnished, your bedroom won’t be, but there is a build in wardrobe. Living room to be furnished.
Posting on behalf of my flat mate as he is currently in Dubai for work, so I’m going to handle the viewings for the time being.
