➤ABOUT THE HOUSE

➤HOUSE MATE
The reason the room is becoming available is because I am moving to Australia therefore you will have the privileged of living with my house mate, a 30-year old, young professional female who works as a nail technician in the centre of Glasgow. She is very busy so likes the week days to be chill but likes to catch up in the evenings. She has more time at the weekend so likes to spend time out on walks, going to events in Glasgow or crafting in the conservatory! If you are arty you will get along just fine .

The preferred candidate would be a female between the ages of 25-39; and the ideal candidate would want to rent the room for a minimum of 9 months. Despite this being the preference other applications will be considered.

➤ DEPOSIT
One month deposit will be required (£700).

➤ BILLS
Rent is £495. Including bills overall price will be £700 including utilities bills, council tax and broadband.

➤ AMENITIES AND LOCAL AREA
The house is a short drive or within walking distance to amenities including GPs, dentists, cafes, shops and gyms. Faraday Retail Park is a 5 minute drive which includes multiple supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, M&S), Next, TKmaxx etc and then only a 20 minute drive to Glasgow Fort.

The house is conveniently located near great walking locations including Drumpellier Park, Strathclyde Park and Chatelherault Country Park.
