Double Room In Cosy Flat

Hello there, what can i say? this is a lovely cosy room for rent. The house is very close to the city centre and strathclyde university, if you have a car you will find access to the motorway is literally 2 min from the flat, if you don't have a car there s trains and buses on your doorstep; if you like walking or running the city centre is mins away. This flat is very looked after and the room has everything you need to chill, study or work. Unfortunately parties aren't on the agenda for me but if you need a place to call home this is the flat for u :) a minimum of 6 months lease is required and being tidy and social is definitely a bonus, please do feel free to ask any question. ps i m working a lot, very rarely at home and loving my own space, i m sociable i love a chat and a glass of wine but i m very very respectful of other people space. all bills are included and if you are a full time student you won't need to pay council tax if you are a professional the council tax are 50£ a month this said i hope to hear from you....... I forgot! I value your time so please do value mine...no time wasters 😊
