Double Room in Denniston in creative flat

The flat is in a lovely street in denniston with a gym/pool across the road. The flat is a 5min train ride from town or a 20min walk.
The room on offer is a northfacing double room with high ceilings and full furnished. There is a shared bathroom and livingroom/kitchen.

Its a really beautiful cosy flat that i am looking to share with someone who is friendly and creative. Id like someone who would enjoy cooking dinner together and having friends over. I dont really have many preferences, i would just like someone friendly and open minded, and preferably relatively tidy!

Bills:
13.50 per month for WiFi
45/50 per month for gas and electricity, less in summer

Also preferably students because of council tax, or if your will to pay this then that's cool too :)
