A beautiful double room in a spacious new build in Dennistoun. The room comes with its own bathroom and shared living room and kitchen. The building has its own private parking and the surrounding area is well maintained by private factors, with plenty of outdoor space and a park available.

I am the current live in landlord and have lived in the building for 1.5 years. It is a very quiet building and all occupants get along very well together.

I am a Product Designer and have my own business, so my work schedule is very demanding. I enjoy going to the gym during the week days after work, and then enjoy to come home and relax in the evening - cooking meals, reading or watching TV. At the weekend I enjoy catching up with friends, hanging out with my baby niece, socialising, badminton, outdoor sports such as hillwalking or in the winter snowboarding/skiing. I am very relaxed, friendly and easy to get along with and would like a flatmate of a similar personality. I am looking for someone who likes to hang out in the evenings every now and again, but also likes their own space. I'm not really looking for someone who goes out every week night or wants to have parties every weekend, but might be up for the occasional night out every now and again or might be up for a more regular game of badminton or hillwalk.

Rent is £370 for the room and bathroom - we have a TV licence and Netflix is available in the living room.
Additional expected costs:
Council tax is normally £70 each per month
Gas and Electricity usually between £27-£35 each per month
Broadband usually £15 each per month
