My flatmate and I are looking for someone to rent out my room in our cosy 2 bed flat when I move out in March (short-term also available). She is a recent graduate in her early 20s who would look to live with someone who is friendly, sociable, who can sit on the couch and binge watch TV. The ideal flatmate would also be someone who can appreciate when someone needs personal time. All of our neighbours are very friendly.
Located next to Citypark in Dennistoun with close to transport links to the city centre, and only a 20-minute walk away from Strathclyde University (students welcome). Shops and supermarkets are less than a five-minute walk away.
Rent is £312.50/month (excluding bills) with a £400 deposit. It is available from mid-March and you wouldn't have to start paying rent till April. We have a private landlord who is friendly and sorts any issues right away.
