We are in Dennistoun, about 25 min walk into the City Centre and about 10 min walk to The Royal Infirmary Hospital. It’s also within a walking distance to GCU & Strathclyde Universities.

There are shops, gym, swimming pool, restaurants and pubs around. Co-op is 3 min walk away, there is also a Lidl & Morrison within a walking distance. Excellent Transport links, Bus stop & 2 train stations nearby.

It will suit a non-smoker mature student or young professional. Pets are not allowed, Smoking in the flat is not allowed.

There is a shared bathroom (shared by two people only) 1 en-suite room, central heating, shared kitchen and shared living room.

The room is furnished (as per photos) and the rent includes all bills but energy bills. Average Gas/Electricity costs are about £35 per head. One months rent is required as deposit.
