Hey! I’ve got a large double room in a spacious four bed tenement flat available as soon as possible. It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk/chair and bedside cabinet. The flat is in great condition and you’ll have shared use of a living room/ dining kitchen, bathroom with shower bath and a shower room. There’s also a washing machine and cooking facilities.
I live here with 2 other flatmates currently and we’re looking for someone that’s sociable and respects that we’ve often got early morning starts, keeps the noise level reasonable late at
night and shared spaces tidy.
