Spacious 3 bed flat in Dennistoun

The Flat:

We have lovely shared living spaces, including a very large living room with plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen.

There is a small commons across the street from the living room that is used by the locals as a dog park. We also have a fenced in garden and brickwork drive. It's quite nice on sunny days to sit outside.

There is one bathroom, it has both a shower and a bath (separate unit). The shower is fed directly from the boiler as opposed to being electric, so it's properly hot and has good pressure.

Location:

We're sandwiched right between two lovely streets full of shops: Alexandra Parade and Duke St. There's no shortage of canteens, shops, groceries, and other amenities within walking distance, and transit links, both bus and train, are all within a 10' walk.

Utilities/Bills:

Utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. Our landlord is fantastic and lives just above us, so it's easy to get things fixed if there's a problem.

Bedrooms

The larger room is spacious and has a desk and monitor set-up for a laptop. It runs 650GBP/month.

A smaller, single bedroom that usually serves as a guest room, which lets for 550GBP/month.

Both rooms have existing furnishings that can be swapped out or removed on request.

Wrapping up:

I try to let the rooms on a first-come first-served basis. There's a housing crisis on, and I don't want to be gatekeeping housing.
