Looking for a flatmate in two bedroom apartment

Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate to move into this beautiful flat with. Preferably by the start of May. I will start university in September. The property is in band C - council tax every month would be an additional £150. I am vegan so there would be a preference. I am very clean and tidy. I enjoy socialising, cooking together and watching Netflix, but I also enjoy having time to myself every now and then.
