Large Furnished Double Room in Dennistoun

I have a large, bright room available to rent in my 2 bedroom flat in Dennistoun, just off Duke street.

The flat is very bright and features a large living room with large windows. The room comes with a double bed, two sets of drawers, a desk and a cupboard for hanging your clothes. There is plenty of space for more furniture if you would like to bring your own.

The main communal space is a living/dining room which has 2 couches, a dining table and a TV. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all the usual supplies etc. There is also ample cupboard space for your food.

I am 29 and work Monday to Friday. I am currently working from home three days a week.

I enjoy cooking, hanging out with friends, reading, watching TV......I have two wonderful cats and they are both incredibly affectionate and as such would be looking for someone who likes cats and isn’t allergic.

The flat is located just of Duke St and is close to both Duke St (5 mins) and Bellgrove (10 mins) train stations. It’s walking distance to Alexandra Park and Glasgow Green and there’s plenty of pubs and places to eat locally.

Rent is £410 each and the council tax is £75 each per month and internet is £15 each a month. The electricity is on a key and can range from around £30 to £80 each a month (depending on the season) and as such isn't included in the rent per month and will be split evenly.
