Please Note. It's a small Double room. Not a large room.
Would prefer a female to share house as there are 2 male and 1 female living.

We are friendly ,easy going , laid back. Respect each other privacy and keep noise to minimum.
ground floor we have cozy leaving room. TV, dining area, kitchen and downstairs wc.
Full high quality kitchen with all equipment.. just clean as you go. ☺️
Upstairs we have 3 bedroom, one main bathroom ( master bedroom ensuit)
So you gonna share bathroom with one other person.
Room has double bed with memory foam mattress. slim Side table, double mirror wardrobe. It's a small double bedroom Good enough for one person.

if you driving then there is plenty space for parking. both motorway are easy excess. (M74 and M8 )
