I have a room to rent in a development in the popular Dennistoun area.
The room has:

Bedisde Table
Chest of Drawers
Desk and non-desk chair.
There is a shared living room and kitchen and a bathroom which would be of primary use to whomever was to move in.
The flat is on the ground floor and a 20 to 30 minute walk from the city centre and has good access to public transport. It is a 10 minute walk to the hospital and a 5 minute walk to Lidl.
About me:
I am currently a young professional and freelance musician. I enjoy the outdoors, cycling and sailing. I also enjoy playing video games when I have free time and enjoy cooking. I am tidy and put in effort to keep it as tidy as possible so I would appreciate someone who was similar in that regard. I am sociable and enjoy going to the pub with friends when they are open.
Whoever wishes to take on the room will be subject to approval by the letting agency I rent from as such rental prices are set by them but a rough cost breakdown for the room can be found below:
Rent: £395
Other bills appx £50 per month incl. Hyperoptic Gigabit Broadband
Council tax (If applicable): roughly £90 per person.
