Double room, Huge flat. Bills + Cleaning included

We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate has moved on after 4 years.
We both work as teachers and occupy 2 rooms in a 3 bed flatshare. 2 friendly indoor cats live here too.
You'll have a nicely furnished, double room with a king-size bed, in a large 3 bed flat in Dennistoun. The flat has recently been upgraded.
A bills inc Council Tax are included. There is also Fullfibre internet, Gas, Electricity, TV licence, Netflix and includes the cleaning of the shared areas.
There's also two bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen dinner, new washing machine, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and a bean to cup coffee machine etc. There are lots of period features and nice furnishings.
I own the flat and all the household things like kitchen/toilet paper and the cleaning stuff for everyone to use. I'll also take care of the cleaning of the shared spaces.
Your room has hardwood floors, a blind and curtains and a king-size before. There is a wardrobe with two drawers, a four drawer unit, bedside table and large storage unit. There is a shared work area if you want to study away from your room.
You can walk to town in 15 - 20 mins, or the train or bus get you there in 5. There is free on street parking outside if you have a car.
We've been flatmates for a few years and shared with others successfully. It's a big flat so if you need space it's there and if you want to hang out that's cool too.
