Double room in Dennistoun

The double room is part of a 2 bedroom flat in Dennistoun. The flat has a shared living room and kitchen and each room has its own bathroom (my room is ensuite the other room has a separate bathroom. The available room is furnished with bed, bedside table, a set of drawers and wardrobe. Any of the smaller furniture can be removed upon discussion with the landlord.

Apart from basic furniture the rest of the flat has TV, spacious fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

About me, I am working and that is why I would prefer professionals to share the council tax. I am generally social. I enjoy listening to music, I like to go out when I have the time either for walks, pubs, museums. I like to spend time with my friends for chill dinners or drinks during the week (although mid-week I'm mostly tired). I like outdoor activities as well as spending time at home taking care of my growing number of plants or cooking.

As I am working mainly on sites I'm out for the most part of the day except weekends. I value boundaries and that is why respecting quiet time is crucial. Very important as well is being clean and tidy for the common spaces of the flat (that's a non negotiable).

The price of the rent is 390£. It is added gas and electricity (45£/month) and internet (15£/month). Council tax will be extra and comes around 70£/month.
