Double Room in warm and modern flat

Double room with good storage space available. Room does not have an en-suite but you will have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an en-suite. Flat recently had new kitchen and living room refurbishment, fully painted with new bedroom carpets. The flat is warm for the winter with good neighbours. Off street parking.

Ideal location 15/20min walk to town. Aldi, Lidl and Morrison’s all close by. 2min walk to Bellgrove station. Plenty of nice cafes and a few good pubs close by. Close enough to Alexandra Park and Glasgow Green for nice walks.

I am a 28 year old engineer, I work from home the majority of the time. I am very clean and like to keep the flat in good condition. In spare time I enjoy going to the gym and cooking. At weekends I try to be active in some way or have a few social drinks to relax after a week at work. Any questions are welcome.

Future applicants should be like to keep the place cleaned and tidy. Preferably not another person who works from home as there is limited desk space. Other than that I am pretty easy going happy to share a drink and cooking with people or watch TV etc. But also enjoy a bit of space to myself.
