Room in bright top floor flat in Dennistoun

I have a double room available in a third floor sandstone flat in Dennistoun. The room comes with the bed frame, mattress, desk and wardrobe, there’s also a second wardrobe you can use in the living room. The flat is spacious and bright with south facing windows in the available bedroom. The flat is shared with 2 other friendly and tidy professional girls in their 20s. Looking for a female professional to fill my room as I’m moving out. The room will be available from end of February/beginning of March. Rent is £425 per month, the flat has central heating and double glazed windows, with a shared living room and bathroom. There’s also a shared garden in the back court.
