Room for Rent Close to City Centre

My flatmate is moving home so looking for someone to take over her room. Located on Alexandra Parade near the hospital, we are a short walk or bus ride to the College, Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian Universities or town. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops within a couple minutes walk also.

I’m quite a sociable person and enjoy days out, clubbing etc but enjoy some time to myself so looking for someone with a similar balance. Im a really clean and tidy person so someone the same is ideal. I study Civil Engineering at Glasgow Cali and have a part time job as well.

There is a shared bathroom, living room/kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all appliances.
