Hello, I hope all is well with you.
*WARNING*
There has been a slight issue, my current flatmates were supposed to move out mid June, however that has fell through somehow. So unfortunately I cannot provide an exact availability date. I can still provide viewings if this is still appealing to you. Could be available by the beginning of July.
Before I begin I do not want to seem rude however I must make a few thing clear.
1) I am not the owner of the apartment I just rent, the bills are included in the advertisement.
2) Couples are welcome however the cost will be slightly higher.
3) Write to me in English, if u b tlkn lyk dis I will ignore ur msg tbh lol hashtag first impressions
4) MOST IMPORTANTLY - Please do not message me expecting to move in before the landlord and I have even met/spoken with you. If I am to live with someone I must know a bit about them and feel comfortable with them as I would like them to feel the same.

The property
Spacious top (3rd) floor apartment based in Dennistoun. It is a 10 minute walk to known shops such as; Lidl, Aldi, Home bargains, Tesco, and more at the Forge shopping centre. There are plenty bars/restaurants/Baristas and take-outs along Duke street.
Regular buses and 2 train stations nearby. But if you are like me and do not mind a walk, it only takes 20-30 minutes to the city centre which I think is great.
The property is fully furnished and has storage cupboards, and a spare room that I currently use as a play room for music and I've set up a green screen but not done anything with it yet...
Monthly bills are as follows;
Rent - Single person £400 / Couple £450
Council Tax - Single person £84.50 / Couple £112..67
Gas + Electricity - Included within rent
I have Virgin media M100 Fibre broadband recently installed at £24 per month. Between 108-111 Mbps (min 54 Mbps)
TOTAL a SINGLE PERSON will pay £496.50 per month
TOTAL a COUPLE will pay £578.67 per month
We can come to an arrangement for the community things such as toilet paper, washing power/liquids etc. Everyone has different suggestions.
So enough about the property and a little about the person that you will be living with.
The me
I am clean, kind, creative, sociable, spontaneous, respectful of other people's behaviour and privacy.
I like to cook and will happily cook for you, I should probably mention that I am vegetarian, I would be vegan but I looooovvee me some pizza, and eggs. not together mind, but now I am curious. You are welcome to use my food I find myself throwing out more than I eat.. need to work on that. But if I find you eating my pizza and ice cream I will kick your ass so hard you won't be able to sit down for a week :)
When it comes to dishes I clean as I cook and sometimes I will wait until there is enough that it wouldn't be a waster to run the hot water, and I will wash dishes that I didn't use.. yours..
When I am not working you can find me trying to make video games all on my lonesome, if you are a programmer, artist and or a game designer I will probably be begging you to join me on my crusade so be warned.
I also play music, not so much now as I spend my time trying to work with audio engineering for video games and c# but you are more than welcome to use my instruments.
I have a weights and other exercise related gadgets that you can also use.
I have a netflix account (thanks to my sister) so we can binge on some series. I have an xbox 360, I hardly play but if I have someone to play with I would be more likely to.
The you
Ideally I would want to be friends of some form as well as home sharers.
Someone with similar interests is definitely a bonus but not essential, as long as we can enjoy the company of one another suits me just fine, would rather not have the awkwardness when walking by one another.
I known this is obvious but I rarely find people that help with the chores.. they say that they are clean but do not clean so I would want this, and to feed my plants when I am away.
