Furnished double room (bedding and towels can be provided if needed). Lovely light and bright room with view over the gardens. Ideally located for the hospital and Strathclyde Uni.

My flat is an attic conversion in a Victorian villa built in 1888 on a quiet residential street in Dennistoun, in the East End of the city.. Previously the billiards room, the flat retains some period features including the original wooden ceiling from 1904.

Bills included: council tax, gas and electric, broadband, building charges.
