**I'm reposting this Ad as the last person who agreed to move into the flat fell through.**
I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over the current tenancy agreement with me ASAP. The flat is on Alexandra Parade with plenty of amenities and travel links nearby. It is also a 10 minute walk to Alexandra Park, and a 20 minute walk into the city centre.
Your room would be a double bedroom + you would have the priority use of the main bathroom, as my room has an en-suite. The room is also fully furnished, with built-in wardrobes and enough space for a desk. The last flatmate worked remotely in the room. The flat also comes with all white appliances, there's a dishwasher too! There is also a parking space which you can have full use of, as I don't drive. The rent would be £397.50 (full rent is 795, which we would half). Your half of the bills would be £148 (broadband, council tax, heating + electricity). Your room will be available immediately.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is also female, a similar age to me, who is preferably a working professional + who is obvs fairly clean and friendly. :)
A little bit about me:
- I work in fashion, and my job is a hybrid role - so I'll be in and out of the flat.
- I'm vegetarian but I'm not fussed if you eat meat tbh.
- In my spare time I do all the normal stuff - gym, reading, going for food, and I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine or espresso martini.
Boring Stuff:
- The agency will need you to apply to live in the flat, and take over the tenancy agreement with me. Proof of employment, references etc. will be needed, but we can discuss this in more detail if you want to view the flat.
