Bright furnished double room Dennistoun

Hi, I have a furnished double bedroom available in my lovely Dennistoun tenement flat next to Alexandra park and Alexandra parade train station.
All bills and internet are included.
I am the live in landlord and the bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared with me.
I am sociable and friendly and always up for sharing a glass of wine or a meal :) That being said, my flat is primarily a quiet and peaceful place for relaxing at the end of the day.
I am looking for a professional or mature student who has a similar attitude, and is respectful, friendly, and clean and tidy.
The room is available for a long term arrangement, the initial period will be 3 months and then we can take it from there depending how we get on :) I’m also open to short term.
